Krystyna and Sandra are Polish immigrants. In 2026, they opened The Gilded Fork in the former Salerno’s storefront at 1716 East Kensington Road.
The idea was specific: bring an authentic, handcrafted taste of Europe to Mount Prospect, with handmade Polish signatures alongside refined European plates and cocktails.
